Please make sure you fill out the billing/shipping areas correctly when purchasing your desired item. Mistakes will mean delays.
Once you have made your purchase on Bohemian Home. you will receive an order confirmation email from us.
We will aim to send your order out within 48 hours of receipt. Custom made items will be detailed in an email to you.
Any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will not be sent out until the following Monday.
It's ok to change your mind and if you do, we will be happy to refund you the full amount less postage charges.
All returns MUST be lodged with us within 7 days of invoice date. Any contact made after that date will not be accepted. You can contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will issue you with a return authority number which you will include in the paperwork when returning items along with the address details for the return.
Items must be sent via Australia Post using a pre-paid mail satchel at your expense.
Bohemian Home is not responsible for any returned items lost in the mail.
A refund will only be issued once the item has been quality checked.
Made to order items are non returnable.
